Help and Support (photographers)

Clients are the lifeblood of Photomatica and will enjoy free support. Photographers on the other hand may not initially contribute anything to revenues but may need support and guidance to setup and use the system effectively.

Photomatica will make it as easy as possible for photographers and will provide a certain amount of live support. However if a photographer lacks technical skills or does not want to spend the time to learn the system we will have some options for them.

• Support Contracts: Help for photographers beyond what is freely available from the website or after 3 (free) support calls.
• Setting up a photographer's website with templates for transactions: $250
